Claudia Tapia
Psychologist/Director
Claudia Tapia is CTS Director and Principal Psychologist. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Psychology Board of Australia.

​Claudia has a Psychology degree and obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Sydney. She has over 31 years of experience as a counsellor and Behaviour Support Practitioner, including 15 years of experience as a registered Psychologist.
​
Claudia has a vast range of experience in providing Psychological services across all age groups in the areas of mental health, trauma, disabilities, parent coaching, educational settings, vocational settings and psychometric assessments. This experience includes treating individuals presenting with; anxiety, depression, stress, anger management problems, self-harm, suicidal ideation, child & adult trauma, drug, alcohol & gambling addictions, complex grief, self-injurious behaviours, violent and harmful behaviours, chronic pain management, sleep difficulties & disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, personality disorders, Neuro-developmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), motor disorders), Opposition Defiant Disorder(ODD), developmental and intellectual delays and disabilities.

Claudia has experience in providing psychological services to government and non-government organisations. Providing supervision and management of large Allied health teams. Her wealth of knowledge and experience influence her eclectic approach in using different modalities to address the presenting concerns and individuality of her clients. Claudia’s natural desire to help people is what has brought her to Psychology and what motivates her to lead CTS team. She has a keen interest in client centered interventions drawing on an eclectic framework of therapeutic interventions with the aim of building upon the client’s strengths.

Bethany Nixon
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Bethany works for Combined Therapy Services on a contractor basis. She is completing her postgraduate studies in Psychology and have several years experience in counselling and working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. She is passionate about helping people overcome any obstacles that may hinder their growth, and seeing each individual foster an increased sense of purpose and engagement in life. A mum of three young boys, She is particularly interested in working with children and their families to achieve a cohesive and peaceful home. Her clinical strengths are autism, ADHD and trauma informed practice. In her spare time you will find her making music, being creative or (on rare occasions) taking an awesome photo.

Ana Castaneda
Psychotherapist/Counsellor
Ana is a mental healthcare practitioner with a compassionate, multi-faceted, professional, and dedicated approach to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. Drawing on her training in counselling, she offers one-on-one sessions to help clients explore their emotions, challenges, and goals. Using a person-centered approach, she provides a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and resilience.

Her strengths lie in her empathy, active listening skills, and adaptability, enabling her to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her commitment to holistic care ensures she addresses not only mental health but also the social, emotional, and practical aspects of her clients' lives. She is passionate about fostering growth and empowerment, helping clients overcome barriers and achieve a better quality of life.

Bo Pang
Occupational Therapist
With a wealth of experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy, Bo is dedicated to empowering children and adolescents to reach their fullest potential and thrive in their daily lives. His collaborative approach allows him to work closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and continuity of care.

Bo has Extensive experience in providing holistic assessment and evidence-based interventions for clients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and physical disabilities. He has proficiency in sensory integration therapy, fine and gross motor skill development, handwriting intervention, social skills training, and behavioural management techniques.

His expertise is in creating individualised treatment plans tailored to each client's unique strengths, challenges, and goals, fostering independence and enhancing participation in meaningful activities.

Anuna Flaherty
Behaviour Support Practitioner
​Anuna is a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong passion for mental health and a clinical interest in supporting children and young people.
Currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma Advanced in Psychology and holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Anuna brings a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to her work. With an empathetic and collaborative approach, Anuna is committed to understanding each client's unique needs and working closely with their support systems to implement effective, evidence-based strategies that promote positive change now and into the future.
She believes in empowering clients by fostering an environment of trust and open communication, ensuring that all strategies are carefully tailored to the individual's situation. Anuna is passionate about building resilience, enhancing well-being, and helping clients navigate challenges with confidence and support.

Lincoln Luschwitz
Behaviour Support Practitioner / Educator
Lincoln is a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner and professional educator with a strong passion for promoting inclusive education and supporting unique developmental needs. With a background in psychology and education, Lincoln is committed to creating positive, individualized interventions that foster individual success and emotional well-being.
Lincoln holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Master’s in Teaching and a Bachelor of Inclusive Education and Disability Studies. He is experienced in implementing evidence-based practices such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), alongside providing specialized support for children with diverse educational and behavioural needs.
His professional experience includes working as a Teacher with the NSW Department of Education, where he has developed dynamic, inclusive classroom experiences, as well as serving as an Behaviour Support Therapist, where he helped implement individualized behaviour intervention plans and provided tailored educational support. Lincoln is skilled in program implementation, data analysis, and the delivery of customized curriculums to support both academic and behavioural goals.
Lincoln’s approach is centered on collaboration, building strong relationships with both people and their families to ensure the strategies and interventions are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. With a natural ability to adapt to diverse learning environments, he is dedicated to fostering resilience, enhancing social and emotional skills, and supporting long-term positive outcomes for the children and families he works with.

Gabriella Bruzzano
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Gabby is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Combined Therapy Services. Taking a holistic approach, she has a passion for working with individuals and their support networks to work through challenges, improving quality of life and overall wellbeing. She believes in working with individuals, focusing on their strengths to reach their goals.
She is currently undergoing her post graduate studies in psychology and has experience working with children, young people and families in the out of home care setting. With this, she has developed the knowledge and skills to support and provide services to those with a variety of behaviours impacted by various diagnoses as well as providing trauma informed care.

Frank Godinez

Frank is a dedicated and skilled professional at Combined Therapy Services, thriving in his roles as a Program Manager. He is passionate about empowering clients to participate fully in their communities while overseeing programs that deliver meaningful and impactful outcomes.

Frank provides individualised support to clients, helping them engage in social, recreational, and community activities tailored to their interests and goals. He fosters independence and skill development by guiding clients in tasks such as navigating public spaces, building social connections, and enhancing daily living capabilities. Frank works collaboratively with clients, families, and caregivers to overcome barriers to participation, ensuring inclusivity and confidence-building in every interaction.
Frank designs, implements, and manages community-focused programs that align with the needs of clients and the organisation’s objectives. He collaborates with therapists, support workers, and external stakeholders to ensure programs are accessible, impactful, and client-centered.
Frank oversees program logistics, monitors outcomes, and continually refines initiatives to maintain high standards of service delivery. He leads by example, mentoring his team to deliver exceptional support while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Administrative Officer and NDIS Expert
Aubrie is an accomplished Administrative Officer who plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a Combined Therapy Services. With a meticulous approach and a deep understanding of administrative processes, she excels at managing the organisation's day-to-day functions while providing expert guidance on compliance and client support.

Edgar Walkowsky
IT/Admin Officer
