CTS practitioners have skills in providing psychological services to children and adolescents using evidence-based treatments. Many of the therapeutic sessions include the use of creative forms such as; art, video and audio clips, drama, music and other sensory input forms. Staff work close with parents, local schools, youth services and paediatricians to provide the child or young person support and interventions. We provide individual and group sessions to respond to their needs. During school holidays we will run groups that target specific skills and needs in a fun and engaging environment.

We can conduct specific Psychological Assessments to help further understand difficulties the child or young person may be experiencing. Some of the developmental concerns noted in a child, such as struggling in learning or memorising to focus and concentrate, maybe indicating a need for intervention and an assessment of the concern can provide an understanding of what is needed.
